Resvent Warranties it's CPAP and BiPAP devices for a period of 2 years against manufacturer defect. Issues created by users are not covered under warranty.
In order to start a warranty claim on your Resvent CPAP/BiPAP, For warranty coverage, please log into your ResAssist Administrator account in ResAssist and click on the "Service" tab. From there you can submit an RMA request.
For more details on submitting an online RMA request, you can also view a video on this by clicking on the "Help" tab in the "Clinical" setting and selecting "Operation Video".
Please have the serial number of your device and a detailed description of what is wrong. If there is an error code on the screen, please have that exact error code ready.
The Support Department will email you back with either a possible solution to the issue you are experiencing, or a Return Authorization number/form. Fill out the form, keeping a copy for yourself, and send a copy in with your device. Please do not send in any removable parts such as the power supply, water chamber, snorkel, or tubing connector. Once the unit is repaired, Resvent will send it back to you.
