Resvent Warranties it's CPAP and BiPAP devices for a period of 2 years against manufacturer defect. Issues created by users are not covered under warranty.
In order to start a warranty claim on your Resvent CPAP/BiPAP, please email support-resassist@resvent.com with the serial number of your device and a detailed description of what is wrong. If there is an error code on the screen, please provide the exact error code. If you will require a shipping label to send the device in for repair, please provide the weight and dimensions of the box, as well as the address it will ship from.
The Support Department will email you back with either a possible solution to the issue you are experiencing, or a Return Authorization number/form and shipping label. Fill out the form, keeping a copy for yourself, and send a copy in with your device. Please do not send in any removable parts such as the power supply, water chamber, snorkel, or tubing connector. Once the unit is repaired, Resvent will send it back to you.
